Nuestra Historia
A little corner of Havana on Glendale Ave.
Cubanitas Kitchen grew from a family recipe box into one of the West Valley's most-loved Cuban tables. What started small now welcomes a room full of regulars every day — the kind of place where the owners know your order and you leave feeling like you were fed at home.
The food is honest and traditional: slow-cooked ropa vieja, pork marinated in mojo, croquetas and empanadas fried to order, and Cuban coffee pulled strong. It's cooking with roots — and it earned Best of the Valley from PHX Magazine and a spot on Fox 10.
